A huge yard in the back leading to the lake is perfect for the kids to run, play, and adventure. The beach is beautiful and a great place to keep the boat or have a picnic while the kids are swimming, fishing and playing. The house sits at the end of the road so there is good privacy and parking for boats and vehicles is not a problem.

Lake Sam Rayburn offers some of the best bass fishing in the country and hosts world class tournaments year round. Big Sam is the largest lake within the state of Texas. Rayburn also offers great fishing for crappie (many crappie caught are 12"-16"), white bass, hybrids, bream, and catfish.
